Since 1956, Sika Werke has been producing laminated films with the dry lamination technology, mainly using two-component reactive adhesives adapted to the respective substrates.

We laminate metal and plastic foils as well as nonwovens in thicknesses from 6 µm to 500 µm using the roll-to-roll process.

The application techniques of the six existing lamination machines, which feature kiss coating, screen roller application, jet and casting box principles, allow application weights from 1g/m² to 20 g/m² with a high degree of uniformity. We can laminate in widths from 280mm to 1620mm and wind up to an outside diameter of 1200mm.
