Sika Werke GmbH has developed various base materials specifically for use in RFID applications. These composite films are made by laminating Al or Cu films with special PET films.

We prefer to produce with 9 µm Al and 50 µm PET films. However, the properties of the Al, Cu and PET foils can also be adapted to your special requirements. By printing and subsequent etching, antennas can be produced from these materials in a roll-to-roll process.
