Sika Werke GmbH is an innovative specialist in the production of composite films using the dry lamination process, as well as the slitting and coating of metal and plastic films.<\/h1><\/div>

The main focus is on heat-sealable aluminium or plastic films<\/strong> with high thermal and weather resistance properties, shielding films<\/strong> for cable manufacture against high frequency radiation and protection against mechanical destruction, barrier films<\/strong> for packaging and against moisture penetration in the construction industry, as well as speciality films<\/strong> for all technical applications.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Founded in 1935, the company’s experience in mono and laminated films dates back to 1956 when the first laminator was commissioned. There is virtually no industrial sector for which we have not developed some form of laminate to meet the specific requirements of the user of composite materials or coated films.<\/p>\n

For over 75 years, we have invested in the latest technology to ensure the best possible quality of end products and to be at the forefront of technology. The systems we have designed in close collaboration with engineering companies have been manufactured using the knowledge gained from this long experience, making them universally applicable and ensuring a wide range of applications.<\/p>\n

Like the laminating lines, the slitting lines that we use in the laminating area, as well as for cutting in our own business and in contract manufacturing, are also highly specialised, so that Sika is able to supply all the films required in cable production as a universal supplier.
